TPS professional traffic engineering services are managed by Glen Holdsworth (B.Eng., M.Eng.Sc.) who has in excess of 30 years experience in the traffic engineering and parking industry.

Glen is acknowledged as one of Australia’s most experienced and knowledgeable traffic engineers with experience extending across the entire spectrum of transport planning, road design, traffic management and control, road safety and parking management. 

Glen is regularly engaged to provide expert evidence to government enquiries, planning tribunals and courts across Australia in relation to development applications and road accidents.

He is a past editor of a national publication “Traffic and Parking” distributed throughout Australia’s traffic engineering and parking sectors. In this role he regularly prepared and reviewed editorial, articles and papers associated with a range of traffic engineering, road safety and parking management issues.

Glen has always been active in professional institutions and is a past Chairman and Secretary of the Transport Branch (Victoria Division) of the Institution of Engineers, is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (USA) and Australian Institute of Traffic Planners and Managers. He is also a founding Committee member and past President of the Parking Australia in which he was awarded life membership.
